If you receive a refund, the cancellation cost will be deducted from your refund which is one half of booking price.

The need to edit or change the booking date is not guaranteed and may result in rescheduling fees. Please make sure the date and time booked are agreed upon between your party before sending booking information to us.
Gifts
All returning customers are sent a thank you gift once the third confirmation is completed free of charge.
